It was an exciting week 1 for the NCFA FCS. The Dixie Southern Conference went 4-0 in its games this weekend, and there were many players who gave some teams blowout wins. Here's the week 1 scores, followed up by my winners for player, defense and team of the week.

Player of the Week: (Pine Grove)Taylor Heinecke-QB- ODU, 4 TD, 492 pass yds, 38 rush yds, 40 fantasy points
Defense of the Week: (Minnesota A & M) Norfolk State- DEF, 1 TD, 7 sacks, 1 INT, 3 FBR, 50 fantasy points
Team of the Week: Greensboro. The Militia had 4 players with a TD, and combined they scored 7 TD's and 97 fantasy points.
